My phone still works after a spill — should I bring it in anyway?
It is worth having it looked at. Residue left inside continues to corrode contacts, and failures weeks later are common.
Can you save my photos?
Data recovery is often the priority in liquid cases and we treat it that way, but we cannot guarantee recovery. It depends on the condition of the storage and the board.
Why is there no warranty on liquid damage?
Because corrosion damage is ongoing and unpredictable. A device can pass every test at pickup and fail later from damage that was already spreading.
