Our warranty covers defects in the replacement parts we install and workmanship related to the repair we performed, for the term that applies to that repair. Warranty varies by repair and part quality and is confirmed with your quote.

What “lifetime” means: lifetime covers the usable lifetime of the installed replacement part for the original customer and the original device. It is not the lifetime of the phone, and it ends if any exclusion below applies.
What Is Not Covered
- New cracks or physical damage that happen after the repair.
- Liquid exposure after the repair is completed.
- Misuse, drops, impact or pressure damage.
- Unrelated device failures that are not caused by the part we installed or the work we performed.
- Software or data issues, unless the repair expressly included them.
- Repairs, disassembly or tampering by another person or shop after our work.
How to Request Warranty Service
- 1. Contact us. Call or text (714) 805-9745 or stop by the shop and tell us what the device is doing.
- 2. Bring your paperwork. Provide the original ticket number or receipt along with the repaired device.
- 3. Allow an inspection. A technician inspects the device to determine whether the issue is covered. Warranty approval is not automatic, and we explain the outcome before any further work.

What does the repair warranty cover?

What does a lifetime warranty mean?
Lifetime means the usable lifetime of the installed replacement part for the original customer and the original device. It is not the lifetime of the phone, and it ends if an exclusion applies, such as new physical damage, liquid exposure or work done by another shop.
How do I request warranty service?
Contact OneClick Phone Repairs, provide your original ticket number or receipt, and bring the device in. A technician inspects the device to determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. Approval is not automatic.
Are Samsung and Android screen replacements covered?
No. Samsung screen replacements and other Android screen replacements carry no warranty, and we confirm this with your quote before any work begins.
